Make any type of cake batter that you prefer.
She used cocoa powder and melted bittersweet chocolate
Fill the muffin tin up half way ( a little less than usual)
Place a peanut butter cup in the center
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes rotating half way through
For the frosting she used:
cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, heavy cream, vanilla
*try adding butter if you want a more "frosting-like" texture
