My Aunt sent me this recipe in the mail. It looks easy and delicious. Great for a spring treat. She is lucky and has a whole orchard of lemon trees in her Phoenix back yard!This reminds me of one of my favorite childhood pies I used to make with my mom. Lime Pie. I like this take on it and the fact that the lemons are fresh!
