Chocolate Icing Brownies (Eisenberg Brownies)

Growing up our "group" often found ourselves at one certain friend's house. Her and her sister used to make these delicious brownies. That is where they coined the name "Eisenberg Brownies".

Use any brownie recipe and any chocolate icing recipe

Bake as directed then when cooled frost each individual brownie

Cut into squares or use cookie cutters to make fun shapes, but I suggest a simple shape.

If you do use cookie cutters, you may need to make a double recipe.

Decorate with sprinkles, holiday decor or just leave plain. Options are endless.

Using a box brownie mix and can of frosting will work just fine and save you lots of time.
